1. No Refund and No Return Policy

Given the bespoke and custom nature of TRIT jewelry, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy for all products sold. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

The only exceptions are:

  • If products arrive damaged.

  • If incorrect products are received.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your products arrive damaged or you’ve received the incorrect product, please notify customer service immediately, and we will assist you.

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide a detailed description of the damage or error, along with photographic evidence.

  • We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, initiate a process for replacement or rectification.

3. Shipping for Returns

In the event of a return due to our error:

  • TRIT will cover return shipping costs.

  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided.

  • For other scenarios, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Replacement Items

Upon approval of a return:

  • Replacement items will be sent as soon as possible.

  • Shipping times will be similar to our standard delivery times.

5. Refund Process

For eligible refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

Given the unique nature of our products and that they are created specifically to your specifications, we do not offer exchanges.
