Prices vary due to the different costs associated with representing your selected date or number. These factors include weight, carat size, the choice between lab-created or earth-grown diamonds, the number of diamonds, and the metal selected for your piece. Simply put, the cost of your jewelry depends on your customizations.

The primary factor affecting the cost is the size of the diamonds. April 4 requires larger, higher-cost diamonds per carat, whereas December 31st uses multiple smaller diamonds, which are less expensive.

Created by our founder, Jenny Syquia Skarne, the TouchDate Technique uses the number of diamonds or “domed dots” on our jewelry to numerically represent the month and day of a milestone, celebration, or memory of your choice. Designed to be touched and felt, TouchDate creates a tangible experience that connects your jewelry to your unique memory.

You can include a maximum of 16 characters in your engraving~ including spaces.

We offer two font styles for engraving: Script and Block. Please specify your preferred style when placing your order.

Please note that as each engraved item is bespoke to you, they are non-returnable. We encourage you to review your engraving text and selection carefully before finalizing your order.

Please enter your desired engraving text in the provided text box, ensuring it is within the 16-character limit, including spaces. Additionally, indicate your chosen font style—Script or Block.

Engraving may slightly extend the delivery time of your order. However, we strive to process all orders, including personalized items, as quickly as possible.

TRIT is pleased to offer complimentary engraving at no additional cost.

Edge Ring – Think of the Edge Ring as a 'half bagel' — rounded on one side and flat on the other. Two Edge Rings pair perfectly together and are designed to be stackable, with the flat-sided Center Ring placed between them. Edge Rings serve as the perfect bookends for Center Rings.

Center Ring – Center Rings have flat surfaces on both sides, making them ideal for stacking. While you can wear them alone or in multiples, they are best stacked between two Edge Rings.

TRIT offers both lab-created and earth-grown diamonds to accommodate different preferences—those who appreciate the sustainable benefits of lab-grown stones and those who prefer the timeless allure of natural gems.

All TRIT orders are custom-made. The average time from when you order to when you receive your bespoke jewelry can vary from 5 to 6 weeks. Typically, orders are processed within 72 hours, so its consistent with the shipping and returns page, after which we begin creating your bespoke jewelry, which takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks. We then ship your order via our insured shipping partners. Delivery time varies based on the destination. We also offer gift cards should you wish to share a gift immediately.

Yes, we offer international shipping. All our shipments are securely packaged, insured, and can be tracked online. Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes as required by law.

You will receive a tracking code in your confirmation email after placing your order. Click the link in the email to access order tracking.

Our customers are our utmost priority. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regrettably maintain a no-refund and no-return policy. However, exceptions are made if products arrive damaged or if incorrect products are received.

Every TRIT purchase comes packaged in a beautiful box, perfect for gifting. There is an option to add a personalized note at checkout for gifting purposes.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, there might be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Customs inspections for international orders.
• Carrier complications.
• Public holidays.
• Adverse weather conditions.

We are not liable for shipping delays or other carrier complications.

Missed Deliveries, If you're not available to receive the package, most carriers will leave a notification and attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery is missed multiple times, the package might be returned to TRIT or held at a local post office for pickup.

CLEANING: Use a soft cloth to clean your jewelry and avoid harsh chemicals. For regular cleaning, mix warm water with a drop of mild dishwashing liquid and use a very soft brush to gently clean your jewelry. Intricate pieces may benefit from professional cleaning.

STORAGE: Use the TRIT pouch or box your jewelry came in for storage. To prevent scratching, store pieces separately.

WEAR WITH CARE: Put your jewelry on last and remove it first. Refrain from wearing jewelry during activities that might cause damage, such as household chores, gardening, or sports. Delicate chains can snag and break, so handle them with care. We advise taking off your jewelry for activities like swimming or exercising to maintain its shine and avoid damage.

AVOID HARD IMPACTS: While diamonds are extremely hard, they can still chip from strong impacts, so exercise caution.

AVOID HARMFUL ELEMENTS: Keep jewelry away from chemicals like household cleaners, chlorine, and cosmetics. It's wise to remove rings when washing hands or applying hand sanitizer, as some ingredients could harm or dull jewelry. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct contact with harmful substances. Chlorine in pools or saltwater can affect shine, so remove your jewelry before swimming. Store jewelry in cool, dark places.

PERIODIC PROFESSIONAL CHECK: We suggest taking your diamond jewelry to a trusted jeweler annually. They can inspect for loose settings, clean hard-to-reach areas, and provide a professional polish. Seek professional service as needed.

TRAVEL: Use a protective case when traveling to ensure jewelry pieces are separated and protected from scratching each other.

If a piece becomes damaged, please consult your local jewelry expert. At this time, TRIT does not offer repair services.

4. TRIT gift cards expire after one year, so you have plenty of time to choose the perfect item.
